Pros of working at ServiceSource

Great work/life balance, not stressful, good company culture, friendly management, lax environment, obtain good knowledge of business functions and best practices

Cons of working at ServiceSource

Stepping stone company (which they are very open about), not much room for growth, sometimes too lax, not enough work to do, unmeaningful tasks, low pay

Compensation. No incentives. Shitty managers and sales directors. seriously these people are disconnected from reality.
