We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the order processing and material handling functions for Client's operations. This role involves performing various warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material storage. The successful candidate will ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Receive and put away manufactured products or raw materials.
• Unload trucks, verify quantities received, and record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using computerized warehouse management systems.
• Perform cycle counts, assist with inventory control, and process materials for destruction as required.
• Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines (OSHA, FDA, DEA, etc.) and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area daily.
• Ensure reliability by being on time and available for all scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and maintain operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, and integrity in all work processes.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (OSHA, FDA, DEA) preferred.
• Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move materials throughout the shift.

Receives coversheet and assigned cart for each series of orders, logs onto the voice system to begin the voice-directed picking process. The Distributions Associate will support the Loans and Distributions team to provide timely and accurate processing of distributions/loans. Will work closely with internal and external clients to ensure that transactions are processed in a timely manner and exceptions are resolved as quickly as possible.

Manage trays and cartons from incoming through usage
Supply bindery rooms with trays and cartons as needed
Empty trash and recycling containers near the end of your shift, 1st and 2nd shift
Advise HSE Manager when waste and recycle trailer is full so pick up can be scheduled
Maintain good housekeeping standards such as sweeping and cleaning underneath and behind racks and throughout facility
At the end of your shift, you will enter materials to each job from the pick tickets that were pulled during your shift
Communicate to the next shift any information that pertains to issues encountered or anything pertaining to your job
Report any issues or damages to the shift supervisor so they can advise management
Perform other job duties as assigned
You will be required to fill in as needed or when requested by Supply Chain Manager to perform the following:
- Unload incoming trucks if your assistance is required
- Label and scan incoming paper
- Pull any outbound shipments and complete paperwork
- Wrap and label skids for Finished Goods from Bindery. Receive into Finished Goods before placing in rack
- Load outbound trucks and complete shipment log
- Be able to complete all required documentation in warehouse
Your Profile
You already have:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Ability to read directions of different product labels
- Good attendance record
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong time management skills

Section 1: Position Summary
The Distributions Associate will support the Loans and Distributions team to provide timely and accurate processing of distributions/loans. Will work closely with internal and external clients to ensure that transactions are processed in a timely manner and exceptions are resolved as quickly as possible.
Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Timely and accurate processing of assigned disbursements (loans, terminations, hardships, etc.)
Assist with reconciliation of 1099R records by researching and resolving discrepancies on payouts including applicable state and federal tax withholding, fees, etc.
Partner with various trust companies, recordkeepers and internal departments to ensure participant checks are mailed timely. Also ensure all trust excesses are identified and invested or resolved timely.
Timely and accurate production and distribution of 1099R's, RMD's, death benefits, corrective distributions, and other cyclical events related to distribution processing.
Timely and accurate reinvestment of un-cashed and/or voided distribution checks.
Effectively communicate (verbal/written) with clients on transaction forms that are not in good order and follow up as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Ability to identify basic internal escalated issues/concerns and refer to your leadership team.
Consistently provide a high level of customer service while communicating and coordinating with internal/external business units to assist in issue resolution.
Partner with other departments as a resource when issues and/or questions arise
Resolve basic internal and external client issues by responding to all correspondence within communicated and departmental standard timeframes.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes that enhance the ability to meet team goals and objectives.
Document procedures and workflows.
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by FuturePlan to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to FuturePlan or our clients.

1-3 years of experience in loans and distributions, retirement plans or related field
Demonstrates ability to document procedures that are clear and easy to understand. Effectively communicates with clients on specific tasks.
Technical Knowledge - Minimal ERISA knowledge or job specific technical knowledge required. Demonstrates in depth understanding of assigned tasks.
