Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * 1-3 years of experience in internal controls, audit, or risk management. * Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT). * Experience in scoping and controls testing under AICPA and PCAOB standards and SOX compliance, including identification of control gaps and deficiencies. * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools is a plus. * Strong understanding of financial reporting and operational processes. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). * CPA or CIA certification preferred or in progress.
