Objectives | Purpose: Export/Import Liaison for flow of activities through the WMS both Greenville Distribution Center and offsite distribution facilities.
Key Activities/Responsibilities: Order Review and Prioritization, planning, booking, scheduling and documentation including invoicing for all exports. Communication and destinations, freight forwarders, daily, wekkly, monthly reporting, freight invoice review and approvals with additional distribution center related duties as requested.
Qualifications | Training: 3 years warehouse/manufacturing experience, knowledge of customs practices, export documentation. Skills should include, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
Experience: Computer skills are required, (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, web based applications, including Customs Compliance Systems; working knowledge of export shipping documents, recordkeeping, accounting procedures and reporting).

Job Requirements
Education: Required training in vocational school, related on-the-job experience, or a high school diploma or GED. Signage manufacturing industry knowledge is preferred.
