What will I do?
Ensure pallets of product are built safely and efficiently in a manner that minimizes product damage in transportation and maximizes trailer space.
Safely operate equipment necessary to perform job duties; this may include a forklift, pallet jack, and/or Vocollect

* Ensure correct product is sent through appropriate production line
* Ensure correct strapping patterns for product, and that loads are strapped with proper dunnage according to instructions and customer-specific requests
* Monitor loads and notify supervisor regarding any product issues
* Monitor take-off line following strapping process, and load material onto designated trucks, requiring accurate record of load tallies
* Transporting product to the appropriate areas of the warehouse as needed
* Load warehoused product from the warehouse to the loading dock, as well as receive product from incoming trucks, sign for the receipt of it, and transport to designated department
* Turn in proper paperwork to the shipping office
* Rotate as needed between strapper position, take-off line lift truck and floor driver lift truck operation procedures
* Sweep trailers and floor areas
* Complete a daily safety check list, change propane tanks, and check the fluids and air filters on their lift truck
