**Job Responsibilities**
+ Receives and unloads incoming materials, verifying quantity received and performing incoming inspection functions.
+ Loads finished batteries and other miscellaneous materials to trucks for transport.

About the Role
As a Shipper at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working with warehouse equipment.
Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: $19.00 per hour plus Production Incentive
What You'll Do
Champion and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment.
Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams.
Pick, pack, and stage orders, verifying accuracy using scanning tools.
Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers.
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, reporting any damages.
Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory.
Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance.
Who You Are
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic math skills for accurate order processing; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
Physical Abilities
Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
Work environment includes a loud manufacturing/industrial setting.
