About the Role As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will help shape strategy and lead execution across a range of channels, with a focus on testing & scaling new opportunities. You will manage multiple distinct channels and analyze their performance to inform investment decisions. Channels managed by the team include: Linear TV, OTT/CTV, Streaming Audio, Podcast, Direct Mail, OOH, Content Partnerships, Newsletters, and Programmatic Video (OLV/CTV). Demonstrate strong understanding of how different media channels operate and how to evaluate their effectiveness through methodologies such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing (user-level holdouts), Geo lift, etc. Employ a data-backed approach to decision-making and campaign management, extracting insights and transforming them into actionable optimizations. Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution across multiple channels. Proactively recommend opportunities to scale and optimize campaigns through targeting, audience testing, and creative learnings. Collaborate with external agency and internal cross-functional teams to align offline channels with the broader media mix and messaging strategy. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting to maximize efficiency and ROI. Partner with the in-house/external creative teams to develop assets, crafting briefs, running creative tests, and reporting insights to continuously improve creative performance across formats. Most importantly you can think critically around how to evaluate & test new channels and understand the levers a channel has to inform optimization opportunities & improve acquisition performance. You're skilled at working with large data sets and mixing internal and external data to assess performance and inform optimizations. You are comfortable sourcing and analyzing data using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google sheets etc. You're a clear communicator, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
