Mr. Stang has served as a director since July 2008 and served as Chairman of the Board from March 2013 to June 2019. Mr. Stang serves as Chair of our Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance/Nominating Committee. Mr. Stang currently serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Ooma, Inc., a cloud- based communications and connected services public company. He has held the position of Chairman since December 2014 and the positions of president, chief executive officer and director since January 2009. Prior to joining Ooma, Mr. Stang served as a director, chief executive officer and president of Reliant Technologies, Inc., a developer of medical technology solutions for aesthetic applications, from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Stang previously served as chief executive officer and president of Lexar Media, Inc., a provider of solid-state memory products from 2001 to 2006 and chairman from 2004 to 2006. From September 2013 until May 2017, he served on the board of Invensense, Inc. Mr. Stang also serves on the boards of private and nonprofit companies. Mr. Stang holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University and M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Hans Vestberg (born 23 June 1965) is a Swedish businessman and CEO of Verizon Communications, where he has worked as executive vice president of the company's network and technology team, and as chief technology officer. Vestberg was previously the CEO of telecommunications company Ericsson, president of the Swedish Olympic Committee, and chairman of the Swedish Handball Federation.

Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2006, previously holding the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Global Professional Services. Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Ghilani spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. As President & COO, Ghilani lead corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, Patrick has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate vertical. Prior to MRI, Patrick held Vice President roles building and managing professional and support services organizations for both SmartOps Corporation, a provider of supply chain software (now an SAP Company), as well as for technology consulting services firm, UBICS, Inc. As a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, Patrick was a leader in the manufacturing vertical, with global sales, management, and delivery responsibilities of large scale ERP application implementations for the Fortune 500. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Bill joined Hyland in 1997 as Vice President of Marketing. He became Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2001, Chief Operating Officer in 2005, and CEO in January 2013. Prior to joining Hyland, Bill worked at FedEx Corporation and at AST Research, a personal computer manufacturer. Bill received a master’s degree in Marketing from Northwestern University and undergraduate degrees from Boston College. He was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. While he has lived elsewhere and travels extensively, he is happy and proud to call the Cleveland area home. Bill serves on the boards of John Carroll University, Business Volunteers Unlimited, and Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education.

Before becoming CEO, Chris served as Buildium’s Chief Customer Officer, managing the customer-facing teams for the business. His previous roles include SVP and Chief Revenue Officer at Constant Contact, where he spent ten years building the business through its billion-dollar sale to Endurance in February of 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Northeastern University. In his spare time, he can be found on the ski hill and spending time with his family.

Jim Szafranski is the CEO of Prezi, which he joined in 2015 and has helped evolve Prezi into a leading video and visual communications suite. Before becoming CEO, Jim rose to President at Prezi and steered the company’s strategic expansion into video and built its rapidly expanding ecosystem of collaboration partners. Jim also led the company’s integration of the Infogram acquisition and team, resulting in Prezi’s new visual suite of Prezi Video, Prezi Present, and Prezi Design. Since earning his engineering and management degrees from MIT and Stanford, he’s built his career around helping users and communities adopt new technologies. Prior to Prezi, he was Fiberlink’s SVP of Product Management, Customer Acquisition and Success, helping build the industry-leading mobile enterprise cloud platform en route to an acquisition by IBM, where Jim served as an executive. He was previously the VP of Product at wifi pioneer Cometa Networks, and the Director of Product at Tut Systems, which went public in 1999 and was later acquired by Motorola. When he’s not pursuing Prezi’s mission of helping our users connect with their audiences, he’s likely in his backyard with his children and his home improvement list.
