This role also has overall control/management of the Vendor Master and has become the in-house subject-matter expert of Federal Excise Taxes (FAET). This entry-level Controlling position will be familiar with GAAP and internal control practices. They will possess strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. The Assistant Controller will work independently and in a team environment, collaborating with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and other functions within the organization (e.g. R&D, Facilities). FLSA: Exempt Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Controller in developing and maintaining internal controls, policies, and procedures.
