Fulfillment "Fill" Associate The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for fulfilling customer orders, ensuring every order is compliant with state regulations. Fulfillment Associates work with direct supervision of retail managers on duty, and report directly to the General Manager.Core Tasks and Responsibilities - Receive and process walk-in and online orders via Dutchie. Package customer orders while ensuring the correct quantities and product(s) are placed in exit bag. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge on state and local laws pertaining to adult-use marijuana and dispensing adult-use marijuana. Education and Experience - At least 1 year of retail order fulfillment is required (2-3 years preferred). A high school diploma or GED is required, college degree preferred.
