Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate class development, scheduling, instructional staffing, and course materials with College leadership and Ariel personnel. * Manage student enrollment processes, academic support services, and instructor coordination. * Support student progress by monitoring attendance, grades, and alerts; ensure FERPA compliance and share performance data as authorized. * Facilitate onsite student services in collaboration with Admissions, including testing, registration, and academic support. * Conduct regular program reviews, course and instructor assessments, and quarterly updates with College and Ariel leadership. * Maintain accurate billing and program documentation, including regular audits. * Serve as the central contact for day-to-day program operations and problem resolution.
