This individual will work with our project management team and our subcontractors to manage day-to-day site activities, driving field execution, and ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety standards, quality expectations, and design intent. This position will be fully at the project site near Amarillo, Texas. Essential Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all field construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural and MEP trades, collaborating closely with project engineers, construction managers, building superintendents and other field superintendents. Direct the daily work of multiplate subcontractors and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and schedules. Drive execution of short-interval plans and look ahead schedules; ensure alignment with the overall master schedule. Monitor field productivity, identify constraints, and implement corrective measures to maintain momentum. Lead daily supervisor coordination meetings, trade walks, and safety briefings. Ensure strict adherence to project-specific safety protocols and participate in safety audits and incident investigations. Monitor field installations for quality, adherence to design, and compliance with building codes and specifications.
