The Superintendent of Retail Projects directs all aspects of jobsite management, overseeing construction progress according to project plans and specifications for retail store construction and renovation projects. Ensures all work is performed according to safety and compliance standards. Collaborates with clients, architects, subcontractors, field staff, and office staff. May serve as Lead Superintendent and/or work under the direction of a Lead Superintendent. Directs and supervises labor crew foreman, labor crew, and subcontractors. Fulfills staffing requirements according to construction schedule. Ensures proper materials, tools, equipment, and labor are available for scheduled work. Responsibilities include being the on-site lead on multiple projects, communicating with the project managers, trade partners, and DeLeers crew leads to answer questions and ensure the project is completed safely, on-time and within budget.
