Site Management Serves as the Haselden representative at the jobsite who is responsible for continuous field supervision, Field coordination, and project completion. Responsible for overall project supervision to ensure appropriate personnel, budget, and schedules are met. Responsible for managing subcontractors through the duration of the project. Participates in and conducts project's subcontractor and owner meetings. Conducts Plan of the Day (POD) with subcontractors before the start of work.
