Lead the Morning Huddle with Airport Operations support. Distribute a report of the Morning Huddle attendees with ASR/construction activities. Perform “Site Checks” at each location within the CTA, Terminals and the AOA locations that have active construction activities that are deployed during each shift. The “Site Checks” should include the following: Check the number of personnel deployed Verify that the correct ASR is “in hand” with the Project Superintendent and posted on the dash of all vehicles.
