Responsibilities + Lead all stages of construction, providing overall project leadership. + Review design documents and become proficient in all trade disciplines to execute high-quality projects. + Assist project management in managing submittals and shop drawing tracking and review processes. + Generate and present RFIs based on field conditions, ensuring timely processing to maintain the project schedule. + Guide, motivate, and assist subcontractors to achieve maximum on-site production. + Prepare Daily Field Reports and upload construction project photos to Procore. + Prepare agendas for weekly subcontractor meetings and two-week look-ahead schedules. + Monitor site safety daily, conduct weekly toolbox safety talks, and ensure compliance. + Coordinate construction activities with other site superintendents. + Manage daily activities of field laborers and punch list laborers. + Inspect subcontractor work and coordinate Building Department trade inspections. + Document quality control details in Procore. + Manage and facilitate delivery and staging of building materials. + Coordinate underground utilities with site contractors and utility representatives.
