Trade Partner & Client Relations ● Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, inspectors, consultants, and clients. ● Assist in evaluating trade contractor capacity, performance, and compliance across projects. ● Support conflict resolution and field-related issue escalation. Risk Identification & Reporting ● Monitor field performance to identify and report schedule risks, manpower concerns, trade performance issues, and safety trends. ● Communicate recurring field challenges and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
