The construction superintendent is responsible for making sure that every minute of that workday is as productive as possible by vetting the plans for constructability issues, getting our trade partners the information they need before they begin work, and directing our in-house crews and the trades on the jobsite during the workday. An effective superintendent has the knowledge and ability to field construction issues as they arise, communicate clearly with the personal on site, along with the Project Manager and design team as necessary.
