Primary Duties (Oversight of 3rd party installers)
Management of Job Site
Act as primary site contact with client. Build and maintain a good rapport with GC and/or Customer.
Oversee and ensure 3rd party installer is meeting schedule, sequence, quality.
Ensure that work is completed in the correct sequence unless approved by the Project Manager.
Maintain awareness of pending items (unapproved change orders/quoted work).

Responsibilities
Leading job sites from start to finish. Making sure craftsmanship, schedules, and client expectations are aligned.
Conduct preconstruction walk-throughs to spot potential build issues and set up jobs for success.
Coordinating project assignment schedules and supply orders with carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving without delays.
Reviewing projects' progress every day, solving problems in real time, and holding everyone (including yourself) to Volpe's high standard commitments to quality, honesty, and integrity.
Managing change orders, material needs, and deliveries with a builder's perspective; making certain that ordered supplies genuinely work during installations and renovations.
Keeping homeowners informed throughout the renovation process and building trust through clear, straightforward communication and problem-solving.
Ensuring clean, organized punch lists, successful client walk-throughs, and lasting commitments to high quality craftsmanship and professionalism to guarantee successful project closings.
Candidate Qualifications
Field experience required: 10+ years in residential remodeling trades (carpentry, cabinetry, framing, finish work, etc.). Crew leadership or job site management experience is preferred.
Well-rounded construction knowledge: You understand the phases and flow of a remodel from demo to mechanicals, finishes, and final details.
Plan-reading skills: Confident interpreting construction drawings and spotting issues before construction projects begin.
Leadership ability: Able to coordinate trades, keep schedules on track, and maintain accountability on site.
Strong communicator: Comfortable and capable of providing explanations of build steps to homeowners and coordinating project completion requirements with subcontractors and teammates.
Adaptable problem-solver: Calm under pressure and able to find real-world solutions when plans must change.
Tech-savvy enough: Comfortable using project management software (

Our traveling locations are generally in the Washington DC, Philadelphia, NYC, and Northern NY regions.
With some of our larger portion of our work is in VA at the moment. Second to that is Northern NJ.
The Regional Superintendent is expected to direct, supervise and troubleshoot issues that arise on the job site. The Superintendent serves as the go-between the employees (or 3rd party installer) on the job site and the staff assigned to manage each project. The Superintendent is expected to serve as the main point of contact for job-site operations and notify management if anything occurs that was not planned for out of the normal. They are also responsible for coordinating on site activities with the client and other trades.
Primary Duties (Oversight of 3rd party installers)
Management of Job Site
Act as primary site contact with client. Build and maintain a good rapport with GC and/or Customer.
Oversee and ensure 3rd party installer is meeting schedule, sequence, quality.
Ensure that work is completed in the correct sequence unless approved by the Project Manager.
Maintain awareness of pending items (unapproved change orders/quoted work).
Ensure workers performing tasks are not exposed to danger from other trades.
Participate in coordination meetings to achieve project goals within our contractual commitments. This includes coordination with GC and other trades.
Coordinate with Project Manager for scheduling of trailer deliveries
Maintain working knowledge of contract/change orders/job specifications/submittals on each job site assigned. Ensure we are working within both.
Coordinate with PM if additional work is required. Approval from client and alignment with 3rd party installer is required before proceeding.
Ensure all materials are stacked, orderly, and staged properly and the correct equipment needed is on site.
Work with 3rd party installer on corrective actions and/ or ways to improve performance. Include supervisor when guidance is needed.
Develop crane and rigging plans with the PM or evaluate installers plan.
Oversee and adjust crane scheduling, logistics, placement and rigging for safety and efficiency.
Documentation
Ensure that current drawing set on site and in good condition.
Ensure that all changes/sketches/RFIs etc. are easily accessed and are inserted in drawings.
Keep a running list of open items available on the site and reported to the PM.
Maintain current project schedule and identify shortfalls.
Record all ticket work in a timely fashion.
Two-week look ahead completed correctly and submitted every Friday.
Safety
Reports and documents injury and/or incident reports correctly and accurately.
Performs follow up meeting/report after any safety incident.
Ensure crew members are wearing the proper PPE at all times.
Ensure proper safety measures are in place for the work being performed
Maintain working knowledge of Klover's Safety policy.
Understanding and implementation of OSHA standards.
Corrects subcontract installer or employees not following safety policies.
Identifies safety hazards and implements measures to correct them.
Performs inspections daily on safety equipment - has crew do same.
Secondary Duties (Oversight of self-perform installs)
Management of Field Carpenters
Check all deliveries for accuracy and ensure pick tickets are sent to PM dept.
Ensure that trash receptacles are in the proper place and are emptied daily.
Ensure the proper storage and organization of fasteners and job tools.
Ensure that equipment not being used is called off/removed from site.
Ensure workers are adhering to start/stop times.
Assists in managing the job budget and addresses areas of where attention is needed.
Effectively manages available manpower to maximize productivity.
Orders materials for job sites using a LEAN mentality.
Limits waste and unnecessary costs to the company.
Ensure that proper manpower is assigned accordingly to meet production goals.
Ensure that all appropriate signs/caution tape are in place.
Coordinates work with other trades working on the project.
Creates and implements plan to work in inclement weather conditions where applicable.
Work with crew members putting work in place when supervision is not needed.
Print table is stocked with proper forms and organized.
Complete and place material orders 3-4 days prior to need.
Scheduling of manpower at 2 PM daily to ensure proper coverage.
Develop crane and rigging plans with the PM or evaluate installers plan.
Oversee and adjust crane scheduling, logistics, placement and rigging for safety and efficiency.
Documentation
Maintaining the daily log of manpower/schedule impacts/wok performed/constraints.
Ensures the site leader checklist is completed and followed daily.
Completion of Daily Field Reports and submitted to PM department by 9 AM the next day.
Completion of subcontractor labor sheets and submitted daily.
Accurate completion of material order forms.
Training
Ensure that site leader has proper training.
Ensure workers follow the 10 commandments.
Coaches and trains new field carpenters the Klover way.
Effectively tasks/mentors assigned apprentice.
Tool and Equipment Management
Utilizes the red tool tagging policy.
Maintain working knowledge of tools and perform quick repairs.
Ensures that self and other field members treat company issued tools/equipment properly.
Operation of any tools/equipment on site.
Tests lasers for accuracy.
Qualifications / Key Competencies of Supervisor
Leads by example - first on site/last one to leave.
Must be able to lead staff through standard daily tasks as well as deal with difficult situations as they arise and work towards positive resolution.
Maintains a clear understanding of Klover's Company policies and can direct others' inquiries properly.

Position Summary
Coordinate activities and work with a team of Tapping resources across the UGI service territory, responsible for the safe planning & execution of UGI's capital construction, O&M projects, tapping activities, and camera Inspection needs. Duties and Responsibilities
* Work with Engineering, Capital Construction, and O&M departments to review, approve, schedule, and track tapping jobs. This includes review and approval of tapping and stopping forms.
* Oversee the maintenance and inventory of all tapping equipment, tooling, and tapping truck(s) for proper operation, track and schedule required equipment-tooling maintenance, and provide input to O&M budgets for tooling requirements. Send tooling for repair and order new equipment as needed.
* Supports and works in collaboration with other areas, tapping crews to assess company needs. Including training and development opportunities for tapping resources.
* Support Capx. Projects in the Region as assigned.
* Performs field visits of project sites to ensure compliance with all OQ, Federal, State, and Local regulations, and Company policies and procedures which influence the safety of employees, customers, and the public as well as Company assets.

Project Planning & Documentation
* Thoroughly review project drawings, specifications, and documentation prepared.

Required
* 3+ years of construction experience in one or more of the following sectors: water, wastewater, nuclear, landfill, or oil and gas facilities.
* 3+ years of field experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Field Superintendent.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
* Strong understanding of supplier and subcontractor scopes of work.
Preferred
* Completion of a 4-year degree.
* OSHA 10, 30, or 40-hour construction safety certifications.
* Familiarity with ProCore construction management software.
* Estimating experience, particularly in preparing change orders.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 scheduling tools.

Your new role
We invite you to bring your understanding of the engineer-procure-construct-manage project execution process into play as you provide hands-on leadership and direction to Environmental construction projects. This is a field-based role and involves oversight of contractors in the outdoors throughout the entire year.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Plans, schedules, and oversees and manages daily field activities of subcontractors on project activities with a focus on safety, scope, schedule and budget.
Assembles members of organization (supervisory, clerical, engineering, and other workers) at start of project to review job specific issues (schedules, health & safety issues, subcontractor coordination, etc.). Assign roles and responsibilities for field activities in accordance with the PEP.
Estimates cost of materials, labor and use of equipment required to fulfill provisions of contract.
Collaborates with Project Manager in the development and modification to the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and change management. Provide updates to the Project Manager in accordance with the PEP as it relates to cost, schedule and scope.
Adheres to the policies and standards set forth in Ramboll's Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems while actively participating in creating a safety culture in the office and jobsite.
Qualifications
About you
Associate Degree in Applied Science plus 7+ years relevant years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or CM discipline plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data.
Construction sequencing and planning, construction scheduling/durations, safety planning, means and methods.
Potential travel to support business needs up to 50%.
Final work location to be determined by project assignment.
Desire to work in the field and oversee contractors outdoors throughout the entire year.

Our traveling locations are generally in the Washington DC, Philadelphia, NYC, and Northern NY regions. With some of our larger portion of our work is in VA at the moment. Second to that is Northern NJ. The Regional Superintendent is expected to direct, supervise and troubleshoot issues that arise on the job site. The Superintendent serves as the go-between the employees (or 3rd party installer) on the job site and the staff assigned to manage each project. The Superintendent is expected to serve as the main point of contact for job-site operations and notify management if anything occurs that was not planned for out of the normal. They are also responsible for coordinating on site activities with the client and other trades.
Primary Duties (Oversight of 3rd party installers)
Management of Job Site
Act as primary site contact with client. Build and maintain a good rapport with GC and/or Customer.
Oversee and ensure 3rd party installer is meeting schedule, sequence, quality.
Ensure that work is completed in the correct sequence unless approved by the Project Manager.
Maintain awareness of pending items (unapproved change orders/quoted work).
Ensure workers performing tasks are not exposed to danger from other trades.
Participate in coordination meetings to achieve project goals within our contractual commitments. This includes coordination with GC and other trades.
Coordinate with Project Manager for scheduling of trailer deliveries
Maintain working knowledge of contract/change orders/job specifications/submittals on each job site assigned. Ensure we are working within both.
Coordinate with PM if additional work is required. Approval from client and alignment with 3rd party installer is required before proceeding.
Ensure all materials are stacked, orderly, and staged properly and the correct equipment needed is on site.
Work with 3rd party installer on corrective actions and/ or ways to improve performance. Include supervisor when guidance is needed.
Develop crane and rigging plans with the PM or evaluate installers plan.
Oversee and adjust crane scheduling, logistics, placement and rigging for safety and efficiency.
Documentation
Ensure that current drawing set on site and in good condition.
Ensure that all changes/sketches/RFIs etc. are easily accessed and are inserted in drawings.
Keep a running list of open items available on the site and reported to the PM.
Maintain current project schedule and identify shortfalls.
Record all ticket work in a timely fashion.
Two-week look ahead completed correctly and submitted every Friday.
Safety
Reports and documents injury and/or incident reports correctly and accurately.
Performs follow up meeting/report after any safety incident.
Ensure crew members are wearing the proper PPE at all times.
Ensure proper safety measures are in place for the work being performed

Ensure the proper storage and organization of fasteners and job tools.
Ensure that equipment not being used is called off/removed from site.
Ensure workers are adhering to start/stop times.
Assists in managing the job budget and addresses areas of where attention is needed.
Effectively manages available manpower to maximize productivity.
Orders materials for job sites using a LEAN mentality.
Limits waste and unnecessary costs to the company.
Ensure that proper manpower is assigned accordingly to meet production goals.
Ensure that all appropriate signs/caution tape are in place.
Coordinates work with other trades working on the project.
Creates and implements plan to work in inclement weather conditions where applicable.
Work with crew members putting work in place when supervision is not needed.
