Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
Lead daily huddles and weekly subcontractor meetings
Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, resolve issues, and manage changes
Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Proven experience with ground-up commercial construction (office, retail, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, education, or similar)
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
Experience with safety compliance and QA/QC processes
Proficiency with Procore or similar field management software preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
