Responsibilities include: · Performing plumbing, electrical, appliance and mechanical maintenance. · Fulfill work orders in maintaining the exterior and all common areas of the property (Lighting, walkways, fitness centers, storage, parking, landscaping, etc.) · Prepare units for move-in, including but not limited to, punch-out lists, painting, cleaning, and any other necessary work. · Must be able to cover after hours and emergency calls. · Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude to tenants, potential tenants, and vendors. · Respond to tenant's requests in a prompt and courteous manner. · Understand and work within the guidelines of all federal and state laws regarding Fair Housing and multi-family housing, OSHA, Workers Compensation, and Federal Wage and Hour Act.
