Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead on-site authority for all field construction activities, from mobilization to final inspection.

Qualifications:

* Assume responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination, etc.).
* Assume responsibility for compliance of crafts and subcontractors with contract documents, efficient use of materials & equipment, and timely performance of the project schedule.
* Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required.
* Assist project management in developing, project schedule, site logistics plan and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.
* Support Site Specific Safety Plan.
* Coordinate with on-site Owner employees.
* Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Four (4) year Engineering, Construction Management or similar degree desired
* 20 years of supervisory field experience with large heavy civil infrastructure construction projects valued at 200 million plus.
* Minimum of 10 years construction superintendent and/or craft supervision experience in new building and/or structure construction including, piles, concrete and structural steel.
* Knowledge, skills and experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
* Experience with City, State, Federal Government Clients preferred
* Knowledge of contract management and familiarity with local trade/unions/craft
* MS Word/Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy bid
* OSHA certification, First Aid Certs
* Excellent written and verbal skills
