You know the realities of building in tight, high-security environments where every step is scrutinized. You can balance technical knowledge with people leadership, making sure teams are safe, productive, and working toward a common goal. You've successfully worked with City, State, or Federal clients and understand their processes. In This Role You Will: Oversee all on-site work to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule. Coordinate subcontractors, manage materials and equipment, and keep the project moving forward. Provide technical guidance and collaborate on site logistics and scheduling strategies. Enforce site-specific safety plans in a high-risk environment. Act as the key on-site representative with the client's team. What's In It For You The chance to work on one of the most visible transportation infrastructure projects in the U.S. The support of a well-resourced, nationally recognized builder with a history of delivering billion-dollar projects. A team culture that values safety, precision, and leadership as much as results. If this opportunity excites you, I'd love to see your updated resume. More importantly, I want to learn about your career goals and explore how they align with this Superintendent role. Let's see if this project could be the next big step in your career.
