Coordinate site logistics such as deliveries, laydown areas, and site access to optimize workflow. Support the closeout process, including punch lists, inspections, and as-built documentation. Mentor and lead field staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience accepted. 7-15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role. Proven track record managing ground-up or renovation projects in sectors such as industrial or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of building systems, construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month for short site visits.
