The Work:

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Automotive while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
* Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support Automotive clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Automotive Clients
* Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model

Project Management Certification (PMP) or change initiative certification is desired.
Strong technical skills in Team Center, SAP, Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. Experienced developing and presenting to Executive Leadership, as well as managing weekly tasks with hourly plant associates.
Experience in execution of operations projects is essential for successful performance of this role. Individual must have excellent collaboration skills and have proven cross-functional leadership in previous roles.
Ability to prioritize multiple, often opposing objectives and able to delegate and follow up appropriately. Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive for results.

Own the creation, promotion, and post-event for all webinars and digital events, ensuring they convert into meaningful pipeline.
Collaborate with sales on outreach and follow-up communications ensuring that handoffs between sales and marketing are done with excellence.
Monitor and analyze key KPIs across channels and funnel stages, translating insights into strategic recommendations and next steps.
Key Qualifications:
2-5 years of Demand generation experience in a B2B environment
Strong track record of building a pipeline and driving bookings through marketing efforts: paid social, paid search, email, website, media, and more.
Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and overall marketing attribution tracking.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions.
Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of modern demand generation trends, including emerging channels, AI tools, and innovative acquisition tactics.
Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels (you're willing to actually build things yourself!)
Highly collaborative, particularly with sales teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, small team where everyone wears many hats.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, Amplemarket, Clay, or other AI tools is a plus.
Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or fintech is helpful.
Comfort working in a hybrid work environment (we use Slack as our primary communication tool). Passionate team player willing to contribute to an empathetic and ambitious team culture.
