Customer success is not a department, it’s a culture. My passion is helping companies create customer-centric cultures - this is what attracted me to Alchemer. I’ve been building great relationships between companies and customers since I was a founding member of Accenture’s Customer Relationship Management Practice. Alchemer gives me the opportunity to perfect that process by ensuring that the best customer feedback is integrated into a company’s applications and processes to drive immediate and meaningful action.

Chris Benham is the chief marketing officer of [AVAST Software](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/avast), an IT security company that develops antivirus software and internet security services. He currently resides in Prague, the Czech Republic.

Brandi Vandegriff’s work philosophy combines employee and customer centricity into a unit that is much more than the sum of its parts. She has a true understanding of how IT and technology are the lifeblood of an organization, and are a catalyst for efficiency and growth. Brandi is a customer-centric CTO whose primary goal is to improve the client experience by delivering enterprise-scale systems designed to improve both internal / external client experiences. Prior to joining Alchemer she was CTO for KPA. Brandi is a graduate of Colorado State University and is a Colorado native.

Throughout his career, Jove has used the power of data to make business decisions to help companies grow, make acquisitions, and join forces. Jove is a data-driven CFO, who joined Alchemer from LogRhythm, where he was VP of Financial Planning and Analysis. Jove has a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver, and is a graduate of Colorado State University.

Nicole Craine is chief operating officer of SurveyGizmo. As COO, Ms. Craine is second in command of the data collection industry’s leading survey software company. She directs the execution of business strategies and guides major organizational and cultural initiatives. Ms. Craine has a diverse background grounded in operational rigor and excellence. She first began her operations career in 1996, leaving a position in cable TV to become the Director of Operations at @Home Network in Silicon Valley. After growing the company’s North American operations and overseeing international expansion into the Netherlands, Australia, and Japan, Ms. Craine took on a new challenge in the online, virtual world sector, joining There.com, in 2002, as Director of Member Services and Operations. She then took a foray into the world of advertising in 2004 by joining the full service digital agency Organic as the head of all operations and helping to revamp business development strategy and operational standards. From Organic, Ms. Craine joined Cadreon as Chief Operating Officer in 2009, helping build the company from the ground up and taking a small staff of 4 to a global presence of over 500 (all while increasing revenues by 1000% in just two years). After her success with Cadreon, SurveyGizmo proudly appointed Ms. Craine as Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Ms. Craine excels in bringing together the best talent from multiple industries and markets across the globe to create best in class organizations. She believes that the power of collaboration and fortitude can produce amazing business results. Ms. Craine has a B.S. in Commerce, Management, and International Business from Santa Clara University. She is an active member of both Women in Technology International (WITI) and Women in Wireless. She was recognized as one of IPG’s Women in Leadership, 2012.
