Pros of working at System Studies and Simulation

The salary is competitive and benefits are average to below average due to length of time to become vested.

Cons of working at System Studies and Simulation

The CEO is way past the time to retire. Flip flops on decisions and does not treat employees properly with IT equipment or office equipment... I had to bring my own chair and often have to use my home PC for simple programs (like Visio) to complete my job adequately.
