Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
**Scope of Position:**
This is an individual position that requires strong technical curiosity across many technologies, a desire for technical leadership, and the ability to learn and share with others. This position provides measurement solutions and support in a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Corning's Optical Communications business to deliver best in class optical fiber to our customers. Supports drive to fundamental process understanding and lowest cost producer objectives. **Day to Day Responsibilities:**
Provide engineering-level production support to optical measurement equipment throughout the facility.
Solve process issues through data analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
Provide engineering expertise for fundamental understanding of manufacturing issues.
Lead and/or provide support for projects involving cost reduction, process optimization, and new products/processes.

Overview

Responsibilities
* Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for the Revenue Operations Team, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise.
* Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot and integrated tools, working closely with senior team members to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
* System Maintenance: Support the creation and maintenance of custom fields, workflows, and basic automations under guidance. Help translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Process Support: Assist the GTM team with HubSpot Sales CRM process optimization, including supporting customer lifecycle workflows and GTM stack tool management.
