We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring during one of Flux's most critical periods of growth. We're building a hardware team in Austin from the ground up and and hiring is our #1 priority.

Streamline requisition intake, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes for Superlanet\-sourced staff.
Validate candidate and onboarding details, ensuring accurate routing through Superlanet's internal systems.
Serve as the central point of contact between the client's HR teams and Superlanet for all talent\-related activities.
Maintain alignment with client processes, systems, and policies while ensuring Superlanet's compliance and documentation standards.
Support onboarding logistics including systems setup, access, and Day 1 readiness for Superlanet\-sourced employees.
Coordinate daily operational decisions related to staffing, onboarding status, and workflow improvements.
Partner closely with HR, IT, and departmental leaders to anticipate needs and proactively resolve onboarding or workflow barriers.
Provide high\-touch communication and support to both client stakeholders and Superlanet leadership.
