Duties and responsibilities
Create recruitment plans and calendars according to operation and sales projections
Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

* Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategic recruiting plans that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

* Partner with Human Resources Business Partner, Benefits & Leave Specialist & Job Skills Enhancement Specialist to document and maintain comprehensive case files, including records of reasonable accommodations, disability status, and related medical documentation.
* Partner with Job Skills Enhancement Specialist and Commercial Services leadership team to prepare and submit timely compliance reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to meet State and Federal reporting requirements.
* Collaborate with the Job Skills Enhancement Specialist to connect employees with community resources and support services, such as housing assistance, financial aid, and mental health counseling.
* Attend community networking and hiring events.
* Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field preferred.
* Three or more years' experience in TalentAcquisition, Case Management or Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling.
* Experience working on Ability One Contracts preferred.
* Impeccable communication skills both oral and written.
* Intermediate to advanced computer literacy to include Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
* Knowledge of business English including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuation.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency.
* Experience working with at-risk population.
* Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time.
* Scheduling flexibility to allow for meetings with employees with various work schedules to include weekend and overnight shifts.

Performance Management & Insights
Monitor and manage recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate satisfaction).
Leverage Ashby and other TA systems to maintain transparency, data accuracy, and reporting rigor.
Analyze funnel and turnover data to identify bottlenecks, market trends, and process improvement opportunities.
Present recruiting performance and insights to TA leadership, HRBPs, and Home Organization executives.
Team Development & Process Consistency
Coach recruiters through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and skill-development sessions.

Qualifications & Experience
