The Role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prompt, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our company's growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and leaders across teams to understand their needs, identify incredible candidates, and ensure a seamless, thoughtful hiring experience from start to finish. You'll be responsible for: Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand team goals and define effective recruitment strategies. Using creative sourcing methods including job boards, social media, niche communities, and referrals to find and engage the best talent. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates alike. Conducting screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and culture add. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience. Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing approaches. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with company branding and messaging. Proactively source and engage potential candidates across multiple platforms. Who You Are You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in healthcare or technology. You have a proven ability to source and attract great talent through multiple channels. You understand recruiting best practices, from candidate evaluation to offer negotiation. You're a clear communicator who builds trust and collaboration quickly. You're confident in using ATS and recruiting tools to manage workflows and pipelines. You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapt easily to change. You're curious, proactive, and genuinely passionate about connecting people to purpose-driven work. Nice to Have Experience using Ashby or a similar modern applicant tracking system.
