Responsibilities Provide support for the Lead and Assistant Teachers. Assist with maintaining schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest and playtime. Creating and implementing fun Summer Camp Activities. Organizing and supervising Summer Field Trips. Driving a 14-passenger school bus (No CDL Required). Conducting daily duties such as serving meals, toileting/changing pull ups, recording daily reports/attendance, covers breaks, fill in during staff absence, engage in play and other daily activities. Requirements Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is a plus. 1 year of child care experience in a licensed ODJFS child care program is a plus. Ability to pass a BCI/FBI background check and maintain current physical health standards. Comfortable working with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years. Reliable and dependable with strong work habits; expected to be in place and ready for work at scheduled times, with minimal tardiness or absenteeism. Reliable and compassionate, capable of fostering a warm, nurturing environment for children and families. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Displays a friendly and positive demeanor, with a creative and energetic approach to work. Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance record. Applicants must be 21 years of age and possess current legal authorization to work in the United States. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. We provide care for our patients' children while they utilize our services.
