Revenue Forecasting: Prepare monthly projections and maintain 80%+ billable schedules for BCBA staff. Provider Encounters: Review and authorize encounters for accurate coding and units. Office Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations, cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance. Payment Collection: Collect copays and private pay balances; address payment concerns.
