Responsibilities:
The Fleet Mechanic position is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment as assigned.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all fleet vehicles within assigned Primo Water North America locations.
Respond to field service calls.
Order mechanical components, services and parts and maintain inventory.
Perform and document all phases of vehicle maintenance and repair, including diagnostics.
Maintain communication with drivers and management regarding maintenance and service of vehicles and equipment.
Maintain a unit history file for each vehicle.
Qualifications:
Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
BlueTriton is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings

Site Audits: Review project specifications to validate equipment placement, cable assignments and determine cable lengths then document results in proprietary databases. Provide timely and accurate feedback to audit / survey requests.
Racking and Stacking: Install, organize, and maintain hardware equipment in data center racks following standard operating procedures. The ability to use hand tools and power tools. Ability to learn and retain physical and mechanical installation specifications. Understanding of basic mechanical terms and tools.
Decommissioning: Safely remove and dispose of outdated or failed hardware following data destruction protocols.
Hardware Replacement: Replace faulty hardware components, including transport routers, servers, switches, and other network & IT equipment.
Power Management: Work with power feeds, including redundancy, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and manage hot/cold aisles effectively.

5+ years of progressive experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
Proven supervisory experience with a strong grasp of helpdesk fundamentals-ticketing systems, SLA adherence, and performance metrics; ITIL Foundation knowledge or certification preferred.
Advanced capabilities using Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Knowledge of modern workplace technologies, Windows system administration, M365 administration, enterprise backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring tools; agile project management techniques.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence and discretion, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues.
Self-starter with initiative and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, diverse environments and contributing effectively to team success.
Preferred experience with SOX compliance, enterprise desktop management, mobile device management, cybersecurity tools and incident response processes.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000. Final determination of base salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. The total compensation package will also include additional elements such as multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more. Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications

Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.

· Performs competent break-fix & preventative maintenance. · Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.

Essential KSAs:
· High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
