    Role Synopsis: The Communications Specialist is responsible for ensuring reliable communication and visual monitoring across the Permian Business Unit. The technician installs, configures, and maintains advanced radio networks and camera systems, integrating them with SCADA, control rooms, and IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain radio communication systems in addition to industrial camera systems, including TropOS's suite of radios, Cambium PTP and PTMP systems, fixed PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom), thermal, infrared, and specialty process monitoring cameras. Monitor and maintain SuprOS NMS system. Run and terminate cabling (fiber optic, Cat5/6) and ensure proper connections with control systems, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring software Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, interference issues, and connectivity problems. Diagnose and repair camera malfunctions, image quality issues, connectivity problems, and power supply failures. Assist with scheduling and planning of Development new drill facilities and infrastructure installations. Calibrate and adjust lenses, focus, exposure, and integration with industrial monitoring systems (SCADA, control rooms, safety systems). Work with IT teams to integrate cameras into networks, ensuring cybersecurity and reliable data transmission. Perform preventive maintenance, testing, and system upgrades to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards. Calibrate and align RF systems using specialized test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, watt meters, and service monitors. Support the integration of communication systems with industrial control systems, SCADA, and safety networks. Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and system configurations. Ensure compliance with FCC regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Provide technical support and training to end users on proper operation of radio equipment. Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform advanced maintenance operations in the East and West Bexar county area during the day shift, specifically in Debris Removal. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway drainage maintenance and TMA driving, and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures. Hires will be based in San Antonio, TX. Required Experience: Must know how to operate chainsaw TMA driving (1 year experience) Exposure to using shovels, weed trimming machinery, brooms, & various small hand tools Minimum 2 years of related experience Construction or Roadway maintenance experience MOT (Traffic control certifications/courses) Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc operator Preferred Experience:Roadway maintenance experience CDL license a plus Bilingual: English/Spanish (read/write) preferred but not required Clean driving record is essential Must pass criminal background check Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing) Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations Carry out simple arithmetic functions Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology Ability to use smart phone and applications Ability to adjust to changing work schedule Ability to work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to operate hand/power tools Schedule: Full time; Night shift . HCSG is a 24/7 service company that requires technicians to be available on-call and provide after hour or even weekend services as required due to customer needs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to be on-call and provide after hour services as required. Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and upgrading industrial hoists and cranes in the field at customer locations. Perform OSHA required hoist and crane inspections and generating inspection reports and repair orders.
