PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is labor intensive. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs on a rare basis. This position requires 90% of frequent climbing, balancing, stooping/crouching, overhead reaching, bending, squatting and prolonged standing and sitting. It requires occasional pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crawling. The position also involves great hand and eye coordination. Heights exceeding over 50 feet from time to time are normal to incur on a daily basis to maintain a crane. Employee will be required to travel from time to time (20 50%) and must be willing to work various shifts to accommodate needs of HCSG branches and customers. This includes on-call and overtime. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is normally performed inside or outside (pending customer requirements) with varying degrees of extreme hot and cold temperatures depending on the weather. During summer months, temperatures can exceed 120 degrees. This position will be frequently exposed to noise, heights, fumes, dust, and odors.

Job Description:
Being part of a team dedicated to keeping the property plant beds beautiful and functional for customers at a variety of properties, weekly or bi-weekly.
Be a part of caring for beautiful properties with beautiful scenery.
Responsible for caring for clients' properties by maintaining custom gardens and flower beds with the utmost care.
Entails weekly/bi-weekly gardening techniques, including pruning, hand weeding, and garden spraying.
You will utilize a variety of landscape maintenance tools (e.g., hand pruner, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, garden sprayer, etc.).
Be able and willing to complete clean-ups on properties in the fall and spring.
This is a seasonal role, running from March through November.
This is a great role for someone who loves being outdoors and caring for plants, someone looking to get started in the landscaping industry, or someone close to retirement. This is a full-time position for the most part, Monday through Friday. There is plenty of future growth potential across several departments if desired!

$1,000 "Sign-On" Bonus Details:
The "Sign-On" Bonus is broken down into three payments during the year:

As an experienced Fleet Mechanic, here's a bit more about what your job will be. Day to day you will:
Work with a high degree of independence while performing PMs and repairs
Utilize leading edge technology and programs including PM using voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and more!
Leverage and grow your skills working on Pepsi's diverse fleet equipment including automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), vans and forklifts
Perform advanced diagnostics across all OE platforms (Volvo, International, Freightliner, Maxon, electrical vehicles, Material Handling Equipment and more)
Perform high level repairs such as, but not limited to, engine and driveline, after treatment and emissions, and safety systems
Adapt and build repair and maintenance capability for alternative fuel applications such as electric vehicle, CNG, and B100
Diagnose failures of vehicles and disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary
Maintain documentation and records such as vehicle records and pre-trip checklists
Answer service calls
Support Pepsi's strong safety culture by adhering to all safety standards and procedures
