Helps to provide Tenaris Run Ready™ Services to customers, ensuring the correct use of Tenaris technology and service application. Ensures Tenaris and Industry standards are deployed in a safe and efficient manner.
Provides technical assistance at customer location with respect to Tenaris Connections Offload, Casing scan and tally using Tenaris Pipe Tracer Technology™ Application and generate digital tally to customer representative.
Supports and assists with Field Services equipment rental services which includes delivery and retrieval of tools and equipment from customer's location
Identify and ensures that the right requested rental tool is delivered or retrieved from customer's location and when applicable, generate proper documentation and service tickets.
Ensures proper housekeeping, inventory and maintaining of Field Services tools at the workshop, ensuring that tools delivered and retrieved from customer's location are properly cleaned, inspected and updated in the Tenaris Field Services Inventory Management System (FISE- IMS).

Computer Field Technician Position
doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Connects and rearranges buried copper and fiber optic cable facilities in buildings utilizing hand tools and specialized equipment.
Follows R.U.S. guidelines for installing and maintaining services to our customers.
Utilizes test equipment in cable fault locating procedures, performs cable completion test, and locates copper and fiber cable accurately.
May be required to work in buildings, trenches, splice pits, cable vaults and hand holes.
Operates power equipment such as pumps, compressors, and power plants (generators).
Protects, cleans, and ensures that preventative maintenance is performed on all assigned equipment.
Maintain accuracy in all reporting functions.
Proficient in fiber optic, copper cable splicing and related test equipment using RUS Guidelines.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
Perform wireless site surveys for internal or external wireless LANs.
Run cables such as CAT5, Fiber, and RG.
Terminate, test, and validate CAT5 and CAT6 cables.
Heavy lifting may be required in handling tools, ladders materials and supplies.
Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights of over 20 feet.
Perform accurate and timely location of buried fiber optic and copper cable infrastructure in response to cable locate requests submitted through the Texas 811 system.
Maintains compliance with all relevant OSHA, Safety or departmental specific standards as directed by supervisor.
Accurately document orders with both pictures and notes reflecting what accrued during each order.
Fulfill warehouse responsibilities in stocking, transferring, charging material and carefully track inventory items assigned.
Properly perform vehicle safety inspections when instructed and log documentation needed for vehicle records.
Responsibly use company credit card and complete monthly statements accurately.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a valid Driver's License and insurable record.
Must pass pre-employment screen, physical and background checks.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be able to work required overtime, emergency call-out, weekends and out-of-town assignments.
Must be able to participate in emergency “stand-by” rotation, as assigned.
Must be able to attend and successfully complete training courses.
Must be able to install and maintain station equipment at customer locations such as Key systems, DSL equipment, Routers, extenders, etc.
Must be able to understand and work with cable counts and color codes.
Must be able to read and understand staking sheets and schematics.
Must be able to perform maintenance on existing copper and fiber optic plant.
Must communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and employees.
Computer background with technical network training or experience necessary.
Prior working experience in similar function for an ISP/WISP desired.
Understanding of wireless switch/bridge technologies.
Working Knowledge of wireless technology theories such as SNR, fade margin, QAM, dB.
Experience running cables such as CAT5, Fiber, and RF.
Understanding of new technologies such 802.11i, 802.16(a).
Previous installation experience highly preferred.
Working knowledge of fiber optics and networking.
Must be able to work alone and be self-motivated with a desire to achieve excellence.
Must have telephone plant experience and previews installation highly preferred.
Must be able to understand and use test equipment and hand tools used for installation and maintenance of Copper and Fiber cable such as a Fusion Splicer, OTDR, Dynatel Circuit Loop Analyzer, light source, power meter, etc.

Qualifications
Possess a valid driver's license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet firm's auto insurability requirements.
Traveling Construction Materials Technician II:
At least 1 year of applicable experience in the materials testing and inspection industry and possess at least 2 or more industry certifications
Traveling Construction Materials Technician III:
At least 3 years of applicable experience in the materials testing and inspection industry and possess 3 or more industry certifications
Relevant industry certification from ACI, NICET, TXDOT, ICC, PTI, or other comparable industry certifications as approved by hiring manager.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to read and understand instructions, labels, reports, etc. Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to write short correspondences, notes, letters and memos. Must be safety minded and willing to put safety first in performing all duties.
