Job Title: Maintenance Technician Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (non-exempt) The Maintenance Technician supports safe and reliable plant operations by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, utilities, and facilities. This hands-on role ensures production uptime, minimizes unplanned downtime, and maintains compliance with safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Technician partners with production, engineering, and safety teams to troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Preferred exposure to centrifuges, spray dryers, roll compaction, and milling equipment. Support small equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects as directed. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to prioritize maintenance activities. Communicate clearly with supervisors and operators regarding equipment status, downtime, and repairs. Provide feedback on opportunities to improve reliability, safety, or efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in chemical, agricultural, or industrial manufacturing.
