Essential Job Duties
Analyze local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting, and upgrading operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges, and other devices. Resolve interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms including email, file transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing, and the like; configure systems to user requirements. Support the acquisition of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed; perform various tests and document results. Administer and maintain local and wide area networks; provide technical support and troubleshooting to users. Plan network layout design; may administer network security.
Serve on multiple functional teams in support of the contract enterprise, to include the Incident Management and Response, Installation and Configuration, System Performance Monitoring, Network Performance Monitoring, and Patching Teams
Manage usage and performance of voice, video and/or data communications networks.
Maintain network security and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Evaluate hardware and software, including peripheral, output, and related equipment.
Participate in developing and implementing network-related procedures and standards.
Participate in and may lead, aspects of major network installations and upgrades.
Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.
Develop and implement testing strategies and document results.
Provide advice and training to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

Minimum Requirements
An Active in-scope Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree with eight (8) years of related network administration and analysis experience
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP)
Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure technologies
Experience with Microsoft enterprise services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy management).
Experience in Circuit & Network Design
Experience with Type 1 Encryption Devices (KIV-7M) and TACLANE KG-175 D/G
DISA Circuit Management experience

What You Will Do
Lead GPS and Drone-Based Surveying
Operate the DJI M300 drone to perform regular aerial surveys, stockpile volumetrics, and site documentation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and installation guides.
Experienced with splicing Fiber Optic Cable, up to and including 3,456 fiber count by means of fusion splicing with heat shrink protection.
Be able to perform mass (ribbon) or single (loose tube) splicing utilizing fusing splicing.
Be experienced in the operation of core alignment machines in the case where single strand fusion splicing is required.
Familiar with the installation of fiber sleeve, wipes, cable tags and tie wraps
Management of the installation of conduit, risers, cable trays or cable ladders.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships.

What you will do

What You Will Do

Education and Experience
Seeking candidates 18 years of age or older with a valid HVAC certification and dynamic training, education and minimum of 2 years experience within HVAC and Refrigeration fields.
Solid understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration and Restaurant Equipment maintenance and principles to ensure optimum performance of equipment.
Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), effective communicative skills and ability to read and understand instructions, policies and procedures.

The Experienced Telecom Fiber Optic Splicer will perform overhead and underground low-voltage line splicing and maintenance (fiber optic & copper cabling). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, splicing, driving trucks, operating test equipment, loading and unloading material, climbing poles, working from aerial personnel lift devices.
Some of the basic functions of this position evolve into the below:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and installation guides.
Experienced with splicing Fiber Optic Cable, up to and including 3,456 fiber count by means of fusion splicing with heat shrink protection.
Be able to perform mass (ribbon) or single (loose tube) splicing utilizing fusing splicing.
Be experienced in the operation of core alignment machines in the case where single strand fusion splicing is required.
Familiar with the installation of fiber sleeve, wipes, cable tags and tie wraps
Management of the installation of conduit, risers, cable trays or cable ladders.
Ensuring installations comply with applicable codes such as ANSI/TIA/EIA 588-B Commercial Building Telecommunication Cabling Standard, the National Electrical Safety Code and other applicable local and national codes concerned with quality and safety.
Keeping company informed on progress of the Splicing portion of the project. Communicating and coordinating with customer and company related to specific safety, local code and company installation requirements.
Assisting in proposal development and project preparation activities.
Completing site surveys to verify site construction diagrams, determination of site installation materials (specifically splicing materials), verify site installation/construction scope and extent of work fiber optic installations. Report findings to the appropriate staff.
Ensure that Splicing and other Fiber test equipment is maintained in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's recommended procedures or customers procedures.
Conduct OTDR and/or Power Measurement testing (as per customers procedures) on Fiber Optic Cable reels in the case where it is suspected that the Fiber Optic may have been damaged in transit.
Assist with development of project schedules and materials selection.
Accurately reports status, material usage, and expenses.
Update customer prints, documentation, and facilitates document storage.
Assisting in warehouse maintenance and inventory.
Responsible for general organization of truck and cleanliness of truck both in and out.

Conscientious regarding the safety of him/herself at times as well as the safety of every other crew member or individual on the job site
Responds with sound judgment to unusual and hazardous circumstances.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of Fiber Optic Fusion Splicing experience on mass and single fiber optic cable.
Must have experience in performing fusion splicing, fiber terminations, fiber dressing, fiber cleaning and OTDR Testing.
High level understanding of Fiber Optic Cable installation procedures such as Overhead Cable installation or Underground by means of conduits/ducting.
Knowledge of the terminology used in the Telecommunications and Fiber Optic Cable installation industry.
Demonstrated ability to use basic hand and power tools needed for installation projects.
Experienced in creating splice reports that detailed the splice(s) to be performed as well as the configuration of the existing splice. Comfortable working at heights of up to 50-ft in a bucket truck.
