A day in this role
You start your morning connecting with production, logistics, and sales to review order pipelines. A customer escalates a complex application requirement-your segmented service team (premier and select) rallies to craft solutions. By midday, you're leading a cross-functional huddle to prioritize service improvements tied to WIN strategy LTR service levels. In the afternoon, you analyze customer feedback trends, deploy POP tools to simplify a bottlenecked process, and coach team members on development plans. You end the day adjusting strategy based on competitor moves and market signals, ensuring best-in-class support for premier customers and market-matching service for select customers-while lowering cost to serve.
What you'll own
Strategic oversight of divisional customer service within the order management process, interacting daily with customers, production, logistics, and sales.
Design and execution of a best-in-class service model for premier accounts across applications and customer service; establish a segmented approach for premier and select customers.

What you bring
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.

Summary

JOB DUTIES:
* Performs basic assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
* Records test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters.
* Interprets blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives.
* Produces and inspects assemblies that conform to product specification. Assembles/tests to customer and/or industry standards.
* Performs touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, glaze, etc. Mixes paint and cleans parts.
* Actively participates in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement.
* Observes all safety rules and maintains foreign object damage (FOD) free work areas.
* Ensures equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.
* May perform other related responsibilities.

Position Summary
The Purchasing Specialist obtains the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. Identifies manufacturing needs, identifies and selects suppliers, negotiates contracts, and arranges delivery. Purchases critical, complex and/or high dollar parts, equipment, services, and materials.
Essential Functions
* Identifies and recommends suppliers by investigating potential suppliers, researching parts, equipment, machinery, services, and materials availability. Prepares statements of work for items proposed for procurement. Develops potential bidders lists and formal requests for quotation or proposal.
* Conducts supplier site visits and evaluates them as to production capability, performance, delivery, and other key business criteria. May support or lead supplier certification surveys as part of a technical and/or quality team.
* Evaluates proposals from potential suppliers. Selects suppliers for a variety of highly complex or technical materials, supplies or services and negotiates price, delivery, quality and service. Develops alternate sources of supply by identifying and researching prospective suppliers.
* Negotiates final terms and conditions of purchase, awards and administers the procurement contract to conclusion. Maintains accurate lead times for assigned area. Issues purchase orders and agreements that accurately reflect price, schedule, terms, and conditions as negotiated with suppliers. May include orders with international suppliers and/or subcontractors involving import/export trade.
* Monitors and evaluates supplier performance. Determines and implements corrective actions to resolve impending supplier failure to fulfill contractual agreements that may delay production or delivery. * Monitors and evaluates supplier's ability to meet all company and government or commercial procurement requirements and ensure that the pertinent technical and quality issues receive adequate attention in order to assure compliance.
* Prepares complex reports and analyses by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
* Applies continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems. Develops, coordinates, and implements improvement initiatives with key suppliers. Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. Analyzes proposed changes in methods and materials. May lead or be assigned to a special project team.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing trade publications, establishing networks, and/or participating in professional associations.
* Complies with federal, state, and aerospace industry regulations; ensures adherence to requirements and advises management on needed actions. Complies with Government/Commercial Practices Manual (GPM/CPM) policies and procedures.
* May provide leadership to others in department. Acts as prime contact on high level projects. Establishes goals and objectives required to complete projects. Trains and mentors less experienced employees.
* Shares specialized knowledge with others. Represents Company on high-level projects. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work assignments may include cross-functional or project team responsibilities (e.g., continuous improvement).
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration or related field. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through six or more years of increasingly responsible related experience. Certificate in Purchasing Management (CPM) or APICS desired.
* Knowledge of purchasing and negotiating methods, principles and concepts.
* Knowledge of industry practices, general business operations, and policies.

You will also provide matrix supervision to a large group of Field Engineer personnel in handling all aspects of these businesses in dealing with customers in the power industry.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide advanced process tuning for Boiler or BOP processes.
+ Work with plant operations teams, while at site, to ensure effective tuning of plant processes for optimized productivity of steam and electricity.
+ Develop and implement startup and tuning activities for major retrofit projects.
+ Generate and store tuning reports for all site tuning.
+ Work with stimulation group to startup and tune high fidelity systems for different customer units.
+ Conduct site acceptance and performance testing for major retrofit projects to meet contractual performance targets.
+ Apply highly specialized knowledge and skills in an advisory or technical assistant role to engineering and management teams on complex technical or related problems.
+ Contact customers to review and promote their needs for service, maintenance contracts, system adds, and stand-alone system requirements.
+ Develop and advise the implementation of "engineered system" projects or system adds using current and non-current technologies.
+ Provide project management on large projects during installation, start-up, or where it is required to supervise our subcontractors (such as system installers).
+ Provide recommendations for hiring of Field Engineers and participate in interviews, performance evaluations, etc.
+ Analyze, investigate, and resolve customer warranty and policy claims. This requires an in-depth knowledge of the obligations and restrictions set forth by warranties and policies so that claims can be settled promptly and efficiently.

+ A minimum of eight (8) years of field engineering related experience.
+ Strong understanding of power plant operation and controls.
+ Strong understanding of control schemes for Boiler and Turbine on conventional and combined cycle plants as well as water treatment and renewable power generating facilities.
+ Demonstrated experience tuning conventional, combined cycle, or renewable plants.
+ Willingness and ability to travel 80% of time, primarily in North America.
+ Capable of displaying a high degree of ingenuity, resourcefulness, and competence in day-to-day technical activities. Recognized as an authority in the industry and have demonstrated competence in related fields.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

POSITION SUMMARY
Working in a team environment with limited supervision, the Maintenance Mechanic - Equipment is responsible for a variety of semi‑complex maintenance and repair tasks in one or more of the following areas: equipment and production machinery, plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, and general facility maintenance. This role supports safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment and infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Assist in the removal, repair, installation, and relocation of machine tools, including air and water line installation, machine alignment, and adjustment for production operation.
* Assist in diagnosing defects in equipment and perform necessary repairs to restore operation.
* Perform repair and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment:
* Hydraulic systems and related components
* Machine tools and production machinery
* Building plumbing and related equipment
* Relocate production machinery and parts as required to support layout changes and new equipment installs.
* Construct, install, maintain, repair, and overhaul test stands, fixtures, and related hydraulic equipment.

The Commercial Flight Controls Division, headquartered in beautiful Ogden Utah is a global leader in aerospace flight controls.

POSITION SUMMARY
With general supervision, responsible for coordinating the timely movement and processing of parts on assigned programs or areas in order to meet customer delivery schedules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Update the production and inventory control system with information that is timely and accurate.
* Stage and coordinate work in the area to meet schedules and effectively utilize resources.
* Communicate and coordinate with appropriate support groups to initiate corrective action for work orders on hold.
* Split work orders by generating a new traveler, input split and coordinate activity with inspection and other groups.
* As a liaison, resolve scheduling conflicts between the shop and the business teams.
* Initiate action required to resolve discrepancies in paperwork or system information to maintain work in process (WIP) data accuracy.
* Follow and audit the physical progress of materials or goods through manufacturing or other processing departments. Report discrepancies to team.
* Coordinate with other functional groups to develop and implement daily work schedules, short range capacity plans and build plans.
* Monitor and coordinate actions required to resolve short term capacity conflicts such as; staffing reassignments, overtime, alternate machine utilizations, and re‐routing to other machines, facilities or vendors.
* Participate in team meetings to develop and implement plans to meet team goals such as; schedules, quality, cost, etc.
* Update information using CRT and/or personal computer for special scheduling needs or projects.
* Coordinate release of material/components to fill shortages for orders in work in process.
* Work in conjunction with the planners for new parts procurement and/or processed parts requirements on a daily basis for parts shortages and on request participate in long range planning meetings. Also, satisfy requirements for aircraft on ground (A.O.G.) maintenance agreements and expedited jobs.
* Define component shortages required to support the assembly build schedule. Track work order and purchase order status to assure customer requirements are achieved.
* Develop and maintain recovery schedules (ESD'S) to support customer requirements.
* Prepare customer status reports and respond to shipping information requests from the team leaders.
* Request and prioritize tooling and tapes required at station including tooling in house or at Vendors.
* Provide support to area or team by ordering prints, set‐up sheets, etc.
* Move materials utilizing forklift, dolly, hand truck or other types of carts.
* Monitor and coordinate the packaging of parts to prevent damage.
* Train and assist less experienced employees.
* Adhere to company safety rules and regulations.
* Perform other related responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through two or more years of increasingly responsible in dispatching, shop scheduling or production planning experience in a computerized manufacturing system environment or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Knowledge of material requirements planning, capacity planning and shop floor control required.
* Knowledge of AMAPS preferred.
* Knowledge of A.P.I.C.S. concepts/principles preferred.
* General understanding of manufacturing routings, travellers, & blueprints.
* May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary
The Production Manager will advocate and support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing and improving the quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety of a production area.
Supervisory responsibility includes, but is not limited to, training and developing team members, delegating work assignments, writing and conducting performance appraisals, coaching and counseling employees, and administering disciplinary procedures up to and including Written Warnings. The employee has the responsibility and authority to identify the status of production materials and take action with such materials as defined in such documents as controlled plans and work instructions. * Supervise and direct work activity of Leads in the Assembly and Test department. Distribute workload appropriately. Motivate and empower team members. Develop team members including, but not limited to, constructing and executing development plans.
* Promote and enforce compliance of safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety investigations and audits. Address safety non-compliance. Maintain Operation Showcase.
* Ensure quality standards are met that emphasize and focus on continuous improvement in an effort to improve manufacturing capability and reduce rework and scrap. Contain source of quality issues. Communicate with customers and establish and maintain effective relationships. Coordinate corrective action activities.
* Perform capacity analysis using build plans. Determine staffing requirements for the assigned production area. Ensure that departmental productivity targets are met to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot scheduling and material issues.
* Develop and deploy standardized work instructions of assigned department(s). Ensure process stability through following standardized work.
* Work with team members to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Constantly identify and eliminate waste in assigned departments. Champion Lean Kaizen events to identify cost and time savings. Participate in cost-reduction programs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree required, preferably in business or engineering
* 2-3 years previous supervisory experience.

Position Summary
The Sr. Quality Engineer develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards for products and processes. Provides diverse and complex statistical information for quality improvement by determining and applying testing methods and criteria. Responsible to guide technical evaluations, analysis, and related data acquisition processes to ensure division quality objectives are achieved.
Essential Functions
* Assesses quality performance (or cost-of-quality) using statistical and analytical methods. Devises and implements various complex methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, reliability, and accuracy of products, processes, and production equipment.

Overview
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing programs in commercial aerospace. This role is primarily for programs in the production sustainment phase of the program lifecycle, but may include other elements such as contract award, through development and certification. This role is ideal for a builder and operator who thrives at the intersection of engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers-and knows how to deliver on quality, schedule, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end program delivery: define scope, baselines, and success metrics; drive execution to plan
* Build credible program schedules and budgets; manage earned value, variance, and recovery plans
* As the primary customer focal point, you will own customer relationships: cadence, contract compliance, change management, and issue resolution
* Run cross-functional governance: stage-gate reviews, risk/opportunity management, and KPI reporting
* Engage daily with operations, supply chain and engineering in executing your PM responsibilities
* Manage program financials: forecast, margin protection, claims/offsets, and lifecycle business cases
* Establish disciplined PM practices with PMO: dashboards, risk registers, lessons learned, and continuous improvement
* Escalate early and often; create simple, transparent communications for executives and customers
Minimum Qualifications
* 7+ years of program or project management experience in an aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
* Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary hardware or product programs on time and on budget
* PMP program management certification - or ability to achieve certification within the first six months in the role
* Strong command of scheduling and financial tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, EVMS fundamentals)
* Experience with AS9100 environments, configuration management, and change control
* Customer-facing communication skills; able to lead reviews, negotiate changes, and manage complex stakeholders
* Demonstrated risk management capability: identification, mitigation plans, and quantified impact tracking
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with commercial aerospace OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers and airline/MRO ecosystems
* Background in NPI/NPD, production ramp, and supplier industrialization
* Working knowledge of cost modeling, Make/Buy, and capital planning

Education and Experience
Completion of related trade school program, AA, or equivalent external / internal training and exposure to NC Programming. Position Summary
The Associate Contracts Administrator drives accurate, timely order management and data entry to ensure on-time fulfillment to commercial aerospace customer contract dates. Owns end-to-end order lifecycle activities including significant order entry, schedule changes, portal management, demand planning inputs for S&OP, customer communications, and PO/contract validation and analysis. Supports low-complexity contract administration primarily through compliance checks, documentation, and coordination, with minimal negotiation responsibilities.

The Strategic Pricing Manager will be responsible for the strategic pricing program for the Commercial Flight Controls Division. Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer 2 ensures maximum cost effectiveness and reliability of manufacturing processes and workflow. Determines the methods and sequences of manufacturing operations for moderately complex products and machine parts and assemblies; ensures that products and processes meet customer quality requirements. Provides producibility input and manufacturing plans for product design or modification.
Essential Functions
* Evaluates moderately complex manufacturing processes by conducting process analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, conferring with suppliers, and soliciting observations from operators/production technicians.
* Develops moderately complex manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; and conferring with equipment suppliers. Prepares written and graphical work instructions for the communication of manufacturing requirements to production personnel.
* Refines and enhances products and processes by applying continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to areas of production. May be assigned to special projects for a variety of products and processes.
* Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Assures process control and reliability for assigned areas. Coordinates input and recommendations and implements changes that may cross multiple teams or areas.
* Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm and validate manufacturing process requirements. Determines root cause of failure using statistical methods (e.g., design of experiment, statistical process control) that may result in changes in design, tolerances, or processing methods.
* Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor standards, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements. May serve as liaison to supplier base.
* Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Presents findings and underlying rationale to team, supplier, or customer.
* May maintain product and process database by writing computer programs, travelers, operation sheets, and entering data.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing industry networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and/or participating in professional associations.
* Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements (e.g., environmental, safety, etc.) by studying existing and new legislation, ensuring adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
* Shares specialized knowledge with others. Represents company on specific projects. Mentors new employees. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work assignments may include cross-functional (e.g., quality, design, or test engineering) or project team responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering field required
* 2-5 years of related experience
* Society of Manufacturing Engineering (SME) or Mechanical Engineering (ASME) certification desired
* Knowledge of manufacturing and production engineering principles, concepts and general business operations.
* Supply Chain experience / support of manufacturing supplier development of internal process.
* General knowledge of aerospace or similar industry products and legal and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing plants.
* Ability to effectively apply continuous improvement methods to quality and manufacturing functions (e.g., pull systems, process mapping, JIT).
* Ability to use standard business applications software and/or specialized data analysis tools.
* Ability to work effectively with CAD/CAM systems or other computer aided manufacturing systems.
* Ability to work on a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of the situation or data requires thorough identification of factors and analysis of impact.
* Ability to work within general work objectives regarding projects and team goals. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals and policies and recommend changes to procedures.

Responsibilities
* Interpret customer requirements from blueprints, complex drawings, engineering specifications, quality directives, charts, sketches, and verbal instructions.
* Setup, adjust, and operate a variety of machine tools to optimize process capability. Adapt or improvise tooling to accomplish results. Utilize a broad knowledge and understanding of production machining technology, operating skills, and shop techniques. Implement manufacturing methods using standard production machines, materials and tooling.
* Setup and perform complex machining operations that require close and exact tolerances, dimensional relationships, unusual contours, and dimensional finish requirements.
* Operate multiple machines efficiently, which may require multiple simultaneous operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve machining problems.
* Responsible for machining and verifying parts to customer requirements while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
* Inspect completed parts for conformance to customer requirements through visual examination and utilize inspection instruments such as gauges, calipers, micrometers, comparators, surface plate techniques and surface testing equipment. May be required to use coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
* Use advanced shop level mathematics which may include trigonometry and complex tool path calculations.
* Actively contribute to lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions for areas of improvement. Effectively apply lean concepts to the work area.
* Routinely maintains equipment to ensure machine cleanliness, accuracy, and reliability.

Overview
This Sr. Contracts Administrator position is a critical individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Division Contracts Director. In this role you will drive contract lifecycle excellence for moderate‑complexity programs-defining requirements, leading proposals, negotiating pricing/terms, and ensuring performance and compliance. This role is also responsible for order management activities and serves as the primary customer point of contact.
Essential Functions
* Administer specialized and major contracts: review POs, delivery schedules, pricing, and terms; ensure compliance with basic and long‑term agreements.
* Develop compliant technical/commercial proposal packages; lead cross‑functional inputs for RFPs and prepare complex proposals.
* Negotiate price, terms and conditions, delivery schedules, and business issues in alignment with company policy and legal requirements.
* Monitor contract performance; manage amendments/extensions; identify and address out‑of‑scope changes.
* Investigate and resolve claims/issues; coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams.
* Support order management: limited order entry, schedule changes, customer portal management, PO/contract review, and S&OP demand planning.
* Administer/export compliance training (as applicable) and ensure data/IP meets regulatory requirements.
* Act as the primary customer contact; participate in presentations and regular communication.
* Analyze data to recommend process/material improvements; share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree (required) in Business Administration or related field; contract management certification (NCMA/IACCM) preferred; JD or MBA acceptable.
* 6+ years of progressive contract administration experience.
* Strong knowledge of contract principles, industry practices, and regulations; government contracting experience a plus.
* Export control training (ECTI) preferred.
* Proficiency with standard business applications and specialized in‑house/customer systems.
* Proven negotiation skills and ability to interpret policies/contracts and recommend procedural improvements.
