Darren leads the development and engineering strategy at Watermark. He has a background in technology and product leadership for some of the world’s largest enterprise software brands as well as consumer-focused retail companies. Prior to Watermark, Darren served as Chief Technical Product Officer at SAP Concur, where he oversaw global product management and program management. He was previously CTO for SAP’s SMB software suite and head of technology for Concur’s flagship travel product. He also held leadership roles in software engineering, product development, and agile operations for organizations including TripIt, Limos.com, and Hotwire. Darren holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Harris serves as Watermark’s Chief Financial Officer, managing the strategic accounting and financial operations for Watermark. Prior to Watermark, Harris served as CFO and EVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at the digital media company Captivate. He brings with him more than 20 years of investment banking, corporate finance, and business operations experience and leadership from top companies, including Getty Images and Merrill Lynch. He earned his B.S. in both Engineering and Economics from Duke University and his MBA from The Wharton School.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Ryan leads a go-to-market strategy that drives outcomes for both Watermark and our clients. He has two decades of leadership experience across sales and marketing and a well-established ability to drive performance in fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented organizations. Prior to Watermark, Ryan served as EVP of Sales and Marketing at Community Brands, where he led sales, marketing and renewals for their largest business unit which provides cloud-enabled solutions to non-profit organizations. He has also held senior leadership roles at industry-leading companies including Social Solutions, Oracle, and ADP. Ryan lives in Austin, Texas and earned his B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.

As Chief Customer Officer, Sharon leads the Customer Experience team at Watermark, which includes the Support, Services, and Customer Success teams. She has an extensive history in the software industry with roles focused on product management, professional services, and customer success. Prior to Watermark, Sharon most recently served as the Chief Customer Officer and Customer Success Partner for Blue Yonder Software, where she oversaw the management of customer relationships and championed superior customer experience. Sharon lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and received her B.A. from Calvin University in Michigan, where she majored in Philosophy and Mathematics.
