Shervin joined Legends after more than two decades in the sports and entertainment space. Most recently, he held the position of President of Global Partnerships at a leading sports, entertainment and music company, where he oversaw the management and operation of the company’s global revenue streams including sponsorship, naming rights, premium and partnership sales, servicing and activation. Earlier in his career, he held various roles in business and legal affairs across various industries. As an entrepreneur for over 15 years, Patwa is the CEO of Enroot, the award-winning organic beverage company she co-founded alongside Brad Pitt and John Fogelman, and in partnership with the James Beard Foundation. She also serves as the CEO of El Rey Network, the television platform she co-founded with Robert Rodriguez and Fogelman. In addition to the boards of Enroot and El Rey, Patwa is a board member for the sports wrestling league Lucha Underground, and the Latinx creative/ad agency La Reyna. She is also an executive producer of a slate of minority-inclusive content, and her team created the L’Attitude and the LATINXT list with Rodriguez, Zoe Saldana and Lin Manuel Miranda. Patwa previously was the co-CEO of FactoryMade, where she oversaw creative-led businesses including the Private Suites at LAX, the luxury airplane terminal, Munchies meal kits, the food delivery service with Vice Media, Chateau Miraval olive oils, the gourmet French brand with the Jolie-Pitt family, and Rediscovering America, the locally grown and organic movement with the James Beard Foundation, Ayesha Curry and Walmart. Prior to FactoryMade, Patwa was the Worldwide Head / SVP of Strategic Planning & Business Development for WME, reporting directly to Fogelman, Ari Emanuel and Patrick Whitesell. At WME, she drove the development and growth of Hasbro Studios in television and film, and the $600M joint venture with Discovery Communications for the Hub television network. Her team led the $300M raise for the studio and the creation of multi-billion-dollar media properties such as Transformers, GI Joe and My Little Pony. Patwa also led the creation of HSN Arcade, a casual gaming platform that resulted in 350M+ game plays and 3x e-commerce spend per user. Prior to WME, Patwa was the Director of Business Development for the Disney-ABC Television Group, presiding over $500M in retail revenues for hit shows such as LOST, Grey’s Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and Dancing with the Stars across home entertainment, licensing, merchandise, music and digital distribution.Earlier in her career, Patwa worked in financial planning and distribution strategy for Twentieth Century Fox. She was also a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, ranking in the top 5% globally, where she led projects for Fortune 500 clients such as JPMorgan Chase.Patwa holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a CPA in the state of California and graduate certificates from Stanford University and Tufts University. She graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in Accounting and MIS from Boston University.
