If something doesn't go according to plan, we unpack what happened and learn from it - no matter how small the issue may be. We embrace problems as learning opportunities we can use to grow. We strive to disassociate the person from the problem, which helps us be high performers without the stress typically associated with "making a mistake". Because we observe and debug small problems that come up before they become big problems, we rarely encounter aftersales issues.
