BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: 7+ years' experience developing and creating technical training curriculums and materials, with at least 2-3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience using technology to enhance learning experiences in a digital learning as well as a classroom environment. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing successful technical training and certification programs from concept through execution.
