As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Weingard leads the company’s corporate and securities legal matters.

Seasoned executive with over 15 years of management experience in the medical device and life science segments. Possesses diverse executive experiences including strategy creation, marketing, sales, finance, and operations. Equally successful in startups, turnarounds, high-growth, and Fortune 500 companies. Defined the Cordis growth strategy, drove marketing for critical portfolio products, and led or co-led efforts culminating in multiple acquisitions approved for execution. Joined the US sales organization in June of 2011 to lead the launch of a product critical to the future success of the company and most recently led effort to establish a new US go-to market strategy.

Gained deep commercial and operational experience through senior leadership roles in the finance arena. Led the finance organization and had full P&L responsibility for Boston Scientific’s WW $320M Neurovascular division and was also CFO of Signet Laboratories, a start up in the diagnostics/biotechnology sector. Started career with Ernst & Young and had various management roles of increasing responsibility with C.R. Bard.
