Rivyve Behavioral Health is a 90 bed Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) located in Bullhead City, AZ. We provide substance abuse and mental health services for adults over the age of 18. We are an evidenced based program treating the whole person (mind, body and spirit). We understand each of our resident's needs is unique and our goal, regardless of the program setting, is to assist each individual with long-term sobriety and mental health stability and awareness. We deliver services in partnership with government agencies, hospital systems and health plans. Job Description The Safety/Security Officer will be responsible for the overall safety of the residents/staff and surrounding community by monitoring and patrolling the premises of Rivyve. Under direct supervision, the Safety Officer will provide for the overall safety of the interior/exterior of the residential environment. Primary Responsibilities • Patrol exterior premises of building to ensure they are secure; may need to navigate ladders, ramps and stairs, as well as run on occasion. • Use both hands to reach and grasp objects or items, or to use the phone to communicate with management/local authorities or to file reports. • Work in weather environments that may sometimes be extremely hot or extremely cold. • Keep mental alertness and attention to detail high, no matter the circumstances. • Maintain a neat and professional appearance, and provide excellent customer service as needed. • Follow established security protocols while using initiative and good judgment. As an Armored Driver Guard, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, and valuables. What You'll Do * Assist guests and team members in a wide range of situations with professionalism and care * Respond to and investigate incidents, accidents, and emergencies involving guests, employees, or property * Remain calm, focused, and decisive during crisis situations * Document incidents accurately and recall key details when needed * Communicate with outside agencies-including Metro Police, Fire Department, and Paramedics-during property incidents * Follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and safety protocols * Provide direction and support during emergency situations, following instructions from management and outside authorities * Maintain knowledge of investigations, gaming regulations, and internal controls * Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service to guests and team members If Assigned to Casino Patrol * Handle monetary transactions between the Cage and Gaming Tables in compliance with gaming regulations * Distribute gaming table cash boxes and assist with box pulls for the count team * Provide escorts for slot drops, stand‑bys, and other secure movements as needed What We're Looking For * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred * Valid local driver's license and clean MVR (36 months, not to exceed 3 points) * Alcohol Awareness Card * Dual‑property Gaming License (Tropicana & Harrah's Laughlin) * CPR and AED certification * Ability to restrain adults in excess of 200 lbs * Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and outside agencies Physical & Mental Demands * Ability to work up to 12‑hour shifts any day of the week * Run, stand, walk entire shift, and maneuver in confined spaces * Work in hot or cold temperatures and outdoor environments * Walk up and down stairs frequently * Bend, reach, stoop, twist, and lift up to 60 lbs * Push/pull up to 150 lbs * Tolerate high‑noise areas and second‑hand smoke * Sit for extended periods when required * Accurate money/chip handling * Computer literacy and ability to type reports * Must speak, read, write, and understand English Be Part of Something Legendary If you're ready to bring your professionalism, vigilance, and commitment to safety to Harrah's & Tropicana Laughlin, we'd be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.

Responsible for the protection of all assets of the property as well as assisting with the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Security department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned Inspects and evaluates Security officers for alertness, appearance and proper performance while on duty, and corrects deficiencies. Evaluates Security officers on knowledge of security duties and recommends training needed for officers. Maintains a monthly training schedule for all Officers. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Performs other duties as assigned
