The Public Safety Officer I is responsible for the safety of University students, staff and faculty members, visitors, and the campus and property of the University. Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections. Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software. Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments. Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers. Willingness to work in various parts of Philadelphia, travel within the state and other cities for day trips. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment. 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field (preferred). Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
