Summary of Essential Functions Provide security services to all patients, staff, and visitors for all facilities and grounds. These services include, but are not limited to, patrol function, investigation of incident, incident reporting, pedestrian and vehicular traffic control, verbal and/or physical restraint, prevention of theft or other related security incidents, as well as other general duties associated with the hospital security function. Responsible for fire prevention and safety, respond to all alarm and suspected fire incidents and play an important role in emergency management or disaster crisis situations.
