John Case is President and CEO of Unify Square. A seasoned leader and technology executive, John spent 18 years prior to joining Unify Square working at Microsoft, holding management roles in both sales and marketing. Most recently at Microsoft, John spent four years as Corporate Vice President leading the global marketing, product management, and business teams for Office and Office 365. During that period he led the global rollout of Skype for Business and enterprise voice in the cloud. Prior to Office, he spent four years as Vice President in the Microsoft Worldwide OEM Division in both Marketing and Sales. Previously, John oversaw product management, sales, and marketing worldwide for all Microsoft developer and designer products, including multiple versions of the .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and Silverlight. John also worked in the Windows Server product management team and was part of the team that launched Windows 2000. Earlier in this career, John worked at Monitor Company, a leading strategy consulting firm, and at Verizon. He is a graduate of Williams College, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and Dartmouth College, where he completed his MBA. In addition, John is an active angel investor and serves on the boards of numerous technology startups.

Chris leads all facets of Unify Square’s global information security initiatives, systems and programs. As CISO, he is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of security and privacy initiatives. His team works closely with the entire Unify Square organization and partners to protect the services and data of both Unify Square and our customers. Chris also takes an active role working with the Unify Square development and product teams to help drive the Unify Square market leadership in collaboration security services. Under Chris’s leadership, Unify Square received its ISO 27001 certification for PowerSuite and PowerSuite Cloud Managed Services. Chris has over 20 years of experience building enterprise information security programs. An established leader in strategy development, governance, and risk management, Chris has previously held roles at premier organizations, including Nestlé, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. While at the Foundation, he also led teams specializing in security engineering, service continuity, and identity management. Chris holds a BA in Mathematics from Truman State University and a MS in Mathematics from Oregon State University.

Charlie leads the worldwide financial function at Unify Square. He is responsible for driving investor relations, funding opportunities, and global financial management and forecasting. Charlie also plays a critical role in Unify Square’s pricing and payment strategies and overall business strategy.
