According to Entwistle, SHC is extremely well-situated to be able to apply innovative technology, such as wearable devices that track activity or monitor blood glucose levels, to improve health. Before joining SHC, he served for nine years as CEO of the University of Utah Hospital & Clinics (UUHC), the only academic medical center in the Intermountain West region. While serving at UUHC, Entwistle received the Modern Healthcare “Up and Comers Award,” for significant contributions in health care administration, management or policy. He previously served as senior vice president and chief operating officer at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wis., from 2002-2007; and as vice president of professional services and joint venture operations at City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, Calif. As a recognized health care thought leader, Entwistle serves on the boards of the American Hospital Association, the AAMC Council of Teaching Hospitals, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and Vizient. He is the past chair of the Utah Hospital Association and was appointed by the governor of Utah to the state’s Medicaid Task Force. Entwistle is an avid cyclist who enjoys both road and mountain biking, often accompanied by his teenage son. He also competes in Ironman Triathlons.

Linda Flake is the President/Chief Executive Officer of Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, a migrant and community federally qualified health center headquartered in Hammonton, New Jersey. Linda has been an executive in community health care serving minority and disadvantaged communities for over thirty-five years. Since assuming the helm of Southern Jersey in 1992, the health center has experienced extraordinary growth, from serving approximately 5000 patients in 1992, to over 53,000 in 2017; from a small budget of less than $1 million to an operational budget exceeding $30 million; and from employing 20 to over 250 people. Notably, Southern Jersey’s mission is to increase and improve access to primary health and dental services to low wealth populations, in a culturally proficient manner, by reducing barriers including costs, linguistics, and transportation. Under Linda’s leadership, the agency has expanded its services and facilities to eight sites in Salem City, Hammonton, Pleasantville, Atlantic City, Pemberton, and Burlington City. Another location in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County, is under development.In 2006, the center deployed mobile medical and dental units to provide services at the migrant camps.
