Provide leadership for GreenState's Community Giving strategy, including oversight of charitable contributions, sponsorships, and initiatives that enhance community impact and align with organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees responsible for partnership development, community engagement, and business growth initiatives. Lead charitable giving strategy alignment with GreenState's overall direction, goals, and budget while fostering collaboration with employees. Implement a structured and regular schedule for presenting charitable giving metrics to the executive leadership, ensuring alignment with GreenState's overall strategic direction and objectives.
